Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Return Policy

  • DIY Art Kits and other non-personalised products are eligible for return.
  • Returns of eligible products are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging. 

Non-Returnable Products

All made-to-order and personalised and customised products created exclusively for a customer are non-returnable and non-refundable. Examples may include:

  • Personalised handmade gifts
  • Handmade photo albums
  • Custom texture art
  • Any other customized or made-to-order products

Exceptions: A replacement or full refund of personalized and customized products will only be provided if:

  • The product is damaged during transit.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The wrong product has been delivered.

Note: Every Kraftholic product is handcrafted with care. Slight variations in color, texture, finish, or other handcrafted details are a natural part of the making process and should not be considered defects.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • However, if your order is processed or shipped within 12 hours, cancellation may not be possible.

Refund Process

  • If you receive an item that is damaged or if we’ve sent you the wrong item, please contact us immediately at kraftholic1@gmail.com/+91 9785777790, with in 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received, inspected and approved by our team.
  • The refund amount will be credited to the customer's bank account/original payment method within 10–12 business days.

Return Shipping

·        For damaged, defective or incorrect products:

-        Kraftholic shall arrange the return of the product at no additional cost to the customer. Upon verification, the customer may opt for a replacement or a full refund.

·        For eligible returns due to change of mind: The refund shall be processed after deducting:

-        the original shipping charges (where applicable), and

-        a Return Processing Fee of ₹100 per order.

-        Where free shipping was offered, the applicable outbound shipping cost incurred by Kraftholic shall be deducted from the refund along with the Return Processing Fee.

·        Kraftholic will arrange the return pickup, wherever reverse pickup service is available.
